Timely Exercises to Slim Your Hips
Madeline knew she hadn't grown reed thin in the past week. But there was
something different. "Girl, those exercises to thin your thighs must be kicking
in", she told herself.
Hmmm. She could tell she had walk away power now.
She saw the heads turn.
She was being noticed. Finally her thighs and butt were shaping up nicely. A far
cry from the fat butt and thighs and love handles she was dealing with.
What had Madeline done? Not a lot.
During the day she made a habit to stand in front of her chair. Then she would
lower herself as if she was going to sit down. Only she'd stop just before her
rear end made contact.
Initially she held that position for a slow count to 15. But was now up to about
45 seconds. She could even do it when on the phone anymore.
Want to make these exercises to slim your hips even better? Hold some computer
printouts, reams of paper or whatever to get some added weight in play. Making
this an even better way to reduce those hips and thighs.
At lunch she hit the stairs. To get some cardio in Madeline did her little stair
climber exercise routine. Now it took 12-15 minutes of up and down to get her
winded. And her calves had nice definition.
Then here's one more thigh firmer.
Stand with your back against the wall. Put your feet about 12 inches (a foot) in
front of you. While keeping your back against the wall, the idea is slowly slide
into the sitting position. Pretending there was a chair to sit in. You want to
hold that seated position for like 15 seconds. Eventually shooting for a minute.
Repeat up and down 3-5 times.
That makes two exercises to get rid of fat thighs. Effective little exercises to
thin your thighs and to claim some walk away power for yourself.
