Chapli Kabab
Minced meat clean and fine___ half kg
Ghee___ as required
Ginger___ 1 small piece
Seasonings crushed___ 1 tea spoon
Corn flour___ 1 large spoon
Tomato (cut into fine pieces)___ 1 large
Onion(cut into fine pieces)____ i medium
Whole coriander___ half tea spoon
Pomegranate grain___ 1 spoon
Egg___ 1 or 2
Salt, green chili,green coriander___ as required Add 1 pinch salt and beat the
eggs.
Then pour some ghee on the pan and prepare an omlette. Cut itinto fine pieces
and keep it separate for mixing in minced meat.
Mix all the spices flour and omlette in the minced meat and mix well
and leave for half an hour.
Then prepare small kababs of this mixture.
Fry these kababs on pan after pouring ghee on it. |
