Gandom Ki Meethi Rooti
Flour___ 250 grams
Sugar___ 125 grams
Ghee___ 50 grams
Into any large vessel prepare the dough of flour in
the way that it contains a groove in its center.
Add sugar into this groove, then add ghee on the
sugar after fry it.
When the sugar dissolve into the ghee then knead the
flour with warm water and leave for half an hour.
Then prepare the doughs or small cakes and prepare
the breads from them and then cook them on a flat pan, into a deep frying pan or
into a stove.
